Coaching Staff

Chloe Adam

Chloe is a rising sophomore outside hitter for the Sea Gulls.  With over 9 years of playing experience and 4 years of coaching, Chloe is excited to be returning to the Gull Volleyball Camp Staff.  She has taught strategy and technique for Virginia Xtreme Volleyball Club, Loudoun Youth Volleyball Club, and the Gull Volleyball Camp.  In her rookie season, Chloe had a single match high 18 kills against Mary Washington.

Darian DiMatteo

Darian is rising sophomore defensive specialist for the Sea Gulls.  She brings 4 years of coaching technique and strategy to youth players and 8 years of playing experience to the Gull Volleyball Camp.  In high school she played four years on varsity and saw action in every match this season for Salisbury.

Gianna Savarese

Gianna Savarese is a recent graduate from Salisbury University who played for the Salisbury University Volleyball team. Gianna was a middle hitter for SUVB for four years. This past spring, she coached for a DVA 16s team and, after graduation, she will begin a full time job with DVA volleyball club as a Camp Administrator and Coach for the summer. In the fall, she will start working as an English teacher for Wicomico County public schools. She began her SU experience by going to this camp before her freshman year of college.

Amanda Krampf

Amanda is the Head Coach at Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA.  Prior to Muhlenberg she spend four years as the head coach at Kenyon College in Ohio.  As a player she was an All-Conference setter at Gettysburg and ranks second all-time for assists in program history.


Nikki Binnetti

Nikki Binnetti hit middle for two years at Salisbury University and graduated in 2013.  After graduating from Salisbury with a degree in health and physical education, Binetti served as the graduate assistant and later interim head coach at LaGrange College. She helped recruit the largest class in program history and finished the 2016 as the interim head coach. She led the team to a 22-14 record in 2016, marking the program's first winning season since 2011 and best win total since 2005. Binetti graduated from LaGrange with a master's in education.

Binetti spent 2017-18 as the full-time assistant coach at Illinois College. She helped the program post a nine-win improvement from her first campaign to her last, culminating in a 22-9 record in 2018. She served as the junior varsity coach and assisted the head coach in all aspects of the program from recruiting to practice planning to scouting. Binetti also designed a curriculum and taught the Illinois College Athletic Leadership Academy.

Since 2012, Binetti has served as a coach on six different club teams for girls 13-18 in five different states.
